A warm welcome
When you arrive, our front desk will be expecting you and ready to make you feel at home. With your paperwork already taken care of, there’s no clipboard-and-wait — just a team glad you’re here and ready to begin.
Getting to know you
Once your exam is booked, we’ll email your intake paperwork. Completing it before you arrive lets us review your history and goals ahead of time — so we come in prepared and can get right to what matters instead of spending your first visit on forms. It covers your health history, daily habits, and what you’re hoping to get back to.
Your detailed exam
This is where we go deeper than a quick look. Charlotte’s most detailed chiropractic exam includes a chiropractic analysis, digital posture and squat screening, a functional movement assessment, and an INSiGHT nervous system scan. Together, they give us a complete picture of how you move and function — so nothing gets missed and your plan is built on real findings, not a first impression.
A conversation, not a lecture
You’ll have real time with our team to talk through what brought you in and what you want to get back to. We want to understand your body and your goals, and we’ll answer every question along the way.
Your report and your plan
On day two, we show you what the exam found and lay out exactly how we’ll help — a plan built around your body, your goals, and how you want to move through life. You stay in the driver’s seat: we’ll walk through your options together and move forward at a pace that feels right to you.
